Globalization: going negative for India

In the recent Report, there will be more contact center jobs Philippines and in India than there are surgeons in those respective countries. An Independent study report said. It can be very frustrating to hear such news. If you are living in India, the Philippines, China, South America, or any other prime offshore outsourcing contact center country, then read on.

The globalization that went full swing at the turn of the century has reached its peak for offshore outsourced contact center jobs. Philippines, Indian, and Chinese governments all promote this industry obviously because it gives the country not only more jobs that has highly competitive salaries it also increases the each countries overall income.

Consider the following fact. Most nurses and medical technology assistants earn approximately as much or even lower than the earnings of a typical call center agent. There have been so many nursing and med tech graduates who have fallen under the allure of the pay. In such third world countries where labor is dirt cheap and where the government has no financial aid whatsoever (they only have feeding programs for the people who live in slums such as the ones who live in garbage dumps), having a good pay is a bigger incentive than getting a good job.
